Friendly Fires are a UK version of Cut Copy, but worse. They're synth laden hooks and cowbell featuring rhythm sections have gotten them pretty far in the UK charts and they're no strangers to radio 1, as I can attest to. Anywho I gave their album a chance and some tracks are worth 2 listens, but for the most part its boring and I'd much rather listen to Justice remixing M83 or something. Thanks to Pitchfork once again, I've found this wonderful remix of Friendly Fires 07 single "Paris." The original version is mediocre at best and this remix puts the bedunkadunk back in remicks, if ya nah mean. Anyway peep Aeroplane's remix featuring Au Revoir Simon, here!:
