Life...As a Pumpkin

This morbid, yet shockingly honest documentary displays the dark underbelly of modern day agriculture. The life of a vegetable is often more difficult than one could possibly imagine and yet people today still throw around derogatory terms like "couch potato," or "lettuce head." This brief film brings to light some important issues that many Americans are completely ignorant too. It makes one wonder what it would actually be like to be born and raised a slave, only to be separated from your loved ones and then cut up like some slab of meat. Jack-O-maiming (as I like to call it) is no joke my friends and pumpkin populations lose entire generations this time of year. So when you're out trick-or-treating, or egging Principal Fincklehorn's house just remember ...that orange orb you see on the corner was once a living creature too. Just because they're smiling doesn't mean their not hollow..on the inside.
