Minnesota's Dark Dark Dark enthralls with their very pretty tune "Trouble No More" that combines both old and new sounds that makes me think of a group of indie gypsy buskers playing music and drowning their melancholy at an out-of-the-way dive bar (appropriately, they echo this sentiment singing, "I gave up on whiskey and beer. And am I happier? No-o-o-o"). The banjo, cello and accordion backdrop a lovely singing voice that coalesce to give the song a warm and eclectic feel that suggests a blend between Beirut and Regina Spektor. The tune renders nearly five blissful minutes of undeniable aural pleasure that should add a delightful accompaniment to whatever adventures you may have in store for your Saturday afternoon.
