Egadz hails from San Francisco and began making music as a DJ/turntablist in San Diego during the mid-nineties. He churns out a blend of electronic/IDM/hip hop fusion that transcends traditional genre lines. This song is taken off of his 2005 album entitled "Sad Music Makes Me Happy." He produces hard-hitting, emotionally provocative that paint dreamy electronic soundscapes that I've been digging ever since I got my hands on the record. This song featured in this video is entitled "What we are destined to do" and paints a nice Giant MPD battle taking place between Egadz and well, Egadz in some basement. I thought the video was a cool little ditty and the song is dope in its own right. Peep it.
