Well I can say this is honestly one of my new fav bands of 09. Even though they ain't really new, The Horror's sound is fresh, blazing out and razah shaap! "Who Can Say," is the latest single off Primary Colors and the vid is like their last, with the guys just buzzing around a stage, looking tragically hip. Something about the black and white suits and shimmering ghost-synths just really gets me with this one though. Check it:
