Well I was waiting for someone else to post this, but I reckon I'll just get to it. Recently performed on Letterman, Animal Collective's latest and most accessible single finally has a video! Hooray! The clip is too be expected, a little out thurr. There's some people in bubbles, neat lights, people in psychedelic sheets and rainbow ice sculptures.

Summertime Clothes REMIX!!

Dam Funk is a super-fly DJ, who spins out that old-school, funky, late 70s, disco sound (Think Ariel Pink, think Giorgio Moroderr). Anywho he's recently layed out this bangin Animal Collective remix, which im diggin pretty hard. "Summertime Clothes," is a hot track to begin with, but Dam adds a little glitter and spice to switch up a lil. Peep it:

I Don't Need To Seem Like I Care About Material Things (Like My Social Status)

Finally Animal Collective released the video for "My Girls." There ain't too much goin on in this clip but its fun to look at, with Panda bear and the gang breakin it down silhouette style with their synths. The visuals are pretty psychedelic and its hard to tell whether the band's under water or up in space. Either way the animation is pretttty pretttty pretty good. check it:

My Girls

I can't stand it any more, more! Animal Collective have yet to make a video for their single "My Girls," off their latest LP Merriweather Post Pavillion. Soooo I reckoned I may as well just put up this here live version uh the darn thang. Yeah, this song is off the chain and their new album is their best yet in my opinion and I'm sure some serious collective fans out there (Tadd) will be wagging their fingers at me with a frown, but the truth hurts. So far Merrieweather is the best material I've heard put out in 09, so you should prolly peep it, if you haven't already. Anywho here's My Gals played live at Coachella:
