Lusts - Mouthwash

Blending the rigid basslines of Post Punk with the shimmers of Dream- Pop, Lusts craft a gripping tone that reaches deep into your cavities. Reminiscent of The Wild Swans and possibly REM, or Echo and The Bunnymen, this is a soaring jam with overblown guitars and synths. You'll probably dig this one:

ESPRIT 空想 - Daydream

I discovered this mysterious tune wizard through Anothercountryheard, one of the doper blaughhs out there. Espirit Fantasy is a one man conjurer of time portals. A warped shadow lurker, twisting knobs and plastic keys into robotic silhouettes. Picture dropping acid and going to to Hayden Space Planetarium, while eating Big league Chew and slurping down a Cherry Coke slushy, this is that same feeling:

Electric Youth - Innocence (video)

Here's the epic scifi-romantic clip for Electric Youth's new single, Innocence. Continually, the 80s pop aficionados prove they are ahead of the ahead of pack. When it comes to writing the best tension building, arpegiator filled, tributes to the night and the past, no one else comes close! Innocence is a typical EY affair, with its expansive soundtrack ready synths, whispered vocals, and interwoven melodies basked in nostalgia. Brings to mind Sally Shapiro and The Voyagers.

Ejecta - Eleanor Lye (video)

The latest clip from Ejecta is a reawakening of sorts, that truly bares it all. Luckily its after work hours, because this is completely unsafe material for the fragile little seconds that tick by between 9 and 5 O clock. Ejecta tinker away on a number of bouncy synths, while the full aura of womanhood opens her eyes again, for the very first time. Carefull:

Keep Shelly in Athens - Oostende (Postiljonen Remix)

KSIA's Oostende single gets transfigured into a deep-house-synth-gaze bang-ore. The vox drip with a stratospheric verb that has been glazed over the skull pulsing, elektrophized-strings. It feels like a jam that could have come out 3 years ago (as terrible as that sentence sounds), it has that glo-fi sound, but with a much more tasteful and relevant tinge to it. Get a load of it right here.. also Happy Halloween :D :

the Samps - Plans

Former Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti member and green-slime-synth-heads, the Samps, are back with a refreshing new retro constellation. Refracted synth chord pulses dominate this track, with a fog of warm ambiance and snappy machine drums. This is the sort of instrumental you could totally zone out (or in) to, bro. Like the soundtrack to a robot's daydream, or an audio interpretation of purple steam clouds that emanate from ancient manholes in the city.
