College - Révélation

Some people have more vivid dreams than others. College is one of those dudes, delving deeper into Dream-wave than other nostalgia-aficionado. If you missed the Drive tour last summer than you truly missed several time warping hours that transported an entire audience back to a better time. A time when phones belonged in cars and computers really only worked when you wore a bra on your head. Révélation fits comfortably among the College discography, with its familiar synth throbs and slow building machine drums and bass. Its got that optimistic je ne sais quoi sound, where it could very easily work as the soundtrack to some pre-prom ritual, or a top-down drive along a moonlit beach boulevard.
