Inspector Norse is something that sounds equal parts DFA and Binary, like the glorious love child of Juan Maclean and Fabian. Experience the early 90s house music/psychedelia vibes from the newest Cut Copy. The Aussi trio(quartet?) have spent 3 albums chopping their way through Dance and now they seem ready to fully plunge into the toilet of House. This track's got bongos, minimal bass, bouncy piano chords and a "Aaahhoooo," vocal melody. Mad nice feel. Serious Primal Scream circa Screamadelica thing goin on here. Dig it:

Felix Da Housecat - Silver Screen (Oxford Remix)

If there ever was a House Cat, Felix Da would be him. On Silver Screen Felix unloads a giant wad of throbbing house onto our noggins. Its a jam that sounds like its being played in a club next door that only plays Paul Okenfold B-sides, circa 98'. Oxford takes the same tune and through the wonders of technology, flips it into a slinky, funkafied club banger. This is already at the top of my pre Pre-Summer Top Ten Hot Sizzlers list.
