Traversing a similar terrain as Sky Ferreira and Solange, Lolawolf relies on unexpected drum rhythms and spacey synth pads, to construct absorbing pop melodies. A$AP 's in this clip, but really its worth tuning just for the song. #Clubbanger:

Here's a fun clip of Ms Ferreira covering Mr. Pink's My Molly. SF does a grunged up Hole-esque version of Pink's original jam. Both Sky and Ariel are featured in the clip, horsing around a white back-drop, dressed like the avant garde pop stallwarts they most certainly are. Check this out:

Blood Orange - Time Will Tell (video)

The latest single/clip from Dev Hynes is a sparse piano ballad reminiscent of his Sky Ferreira hit and an early Lionel Richie jam. Dev slides through a milky dance studio, plunking away on an ivory grand and then stepping into some Richie/MJ-esque dance moves. Its a simple but effective tune, proving once again that Hynes is the master of culling up a true retro R&B vibe. This is def a good one to check out, you won't be able to hit pause!

Sky Ferreira - You're Not The One (video)

Sky Ferreira's new album is out just in time for Halloween this year and the new single You're Not The One is out today. Its a very Pat Benatar/Til Tuesday/Blondie-esque track, relying on a guitar+vocal hook over synthesizers. Fittingly, the video is a very sexed-out, foggy Rock-n-Roll nightclub romp. Sky dances through some Tech Noir lasers, carves up a dudes stomach and wakes up on a golf course Donnie Darko style. Check it:
