Look Back in Anger: Captain & Tennille were a husband and wife, songwrting/ hitmaking duo, who endured a string of success throughout the 1970s. Riding the waves of Soft-Rolk, R&B, and a post-Beach Boys form of Pop, C& T pumped out a number of keyboard centric singles that contributed to the defining 'sound of the 70s.' The group carried on intermittently through the early 80s and 90s, inspiring countless other acts to utalize the synthesizer as a focal point for pop song construction.
